The board meets on the second Monday of every month at 7:30pm at the Scenic Oaks POA building at the entrance to the subdivision.

When/Where to make Payments


Summary of 4-30-2020 board meeting notes:

Purpose of meeting was to clarify the process defined in section 29 of the restrictions.

  • Any proposal to revise or update restrictions originates in the Restrictions Committee and is then voted on by the Board.
  • The Restrictions Committee and the Board need to define the scope of any revisions or updates before scheduling and notifying property owners of a meeting at which a vote will occur.
  • Section 3 and Section 8 are specific sections in the restrictions which need clarification.
  • Board members Jimmy and Alan will handle tracking proposed changes in Sections 3 and 8. Restrictions Committee member Steve will provide specific items in need of clarification in the restrictions.
  • For a vote to be taken at a meeting called to change the restrictions, a quorum of 10% of the potential votes (number of lots) is required either in person or by proxy.
    Of that 10%, 2/3's of those in attendance or voting by proxy must approve the measure.
    We have 347 lots, so the quorum would be 35, and the number to approve if there were only 35 lots voting would be 23.
