What kind of home improvement projects require pre-approval by the Architectural Review Committee?
The short answer is almost anything. While there are projects not specifically mentioned in the Bylaws, like solar panels and roofing, the neighborhood roads are at risk any time a contractor brings heavy trucks or equipment onto your property. Having contractors sign the ARC form, along with the homeowner’s builder’s bond, is a reminder to both parties of their need to be careful with our roads.
