The Scenic Oaks Property owner Association has provided an updated Fine Policy to clarify a shared understanding of responsibility among property owners.

The Fine Policy is adopted to aid in the enforcement of the terms of the Governing Documents, and defines policy declarations including; Violation Policy and Penalty, Penalties Responsibility of Owner, Attorney’s Fees, Non-Exclusive Remedies, Violation by Resident, Tenant, or Agent, Right to Hearing, and Appeal Process.
