The Oaks Water Supply Corp. is a Scenic Oaks & Country Estates resident owned, not-for-profit utility, with water quality that meets or exceeds all state requirements. It is directed by a five-member Board of Directors that are Scenic Oaks & Country Estates residents and are elected by the residents of the two sub-divisions.

The Board of Directors meet at 7:00pm, on the third Tuesday of every month at The Oaks Water Supply Company office at 26058 Hazy Hollow.

Water Restrictions
The Oaks Water Supply Corp now follows the same restrictions guide lines as the San Antonio Water System (SAWS). Current Water Restriction Status Please observe any Public Service Announcements made by SAWS via the daily paper or television reports. TOWSC will no longer make separate restrictions announcements via separate mailings unless there is some exceptional circumstance.
