The exit gate has been experiencing a bit of internal drama lately. Years of service have taken their toll on internal bushings. The Gate Maintenance Committee led by Jack Gibbons will conduct open air surgery to replace the gate motor in the near future saving hundreds if not thousands of SOPOA budget dollars. Our volunteer committees help keep neighborhood operating expenses affordable.
