The SOPOA Clubhouse building was constructed for use by residents of Scenic Oaks for celebrations, neighborhood meetings, and functions. 
The Clubhouse accommodates a maximum of 66 guests by order of the Bexar County Fire Marshall. As of March 2022, use of the Clubhouse is limited to one use per calendar day. 
Available for use: (3) eight foot tables, (1) six foot table, (1) five foot table, (81) folding chairs, (20) stacking chairs 
The following documents are required to schedule use of the Clubhouse. 

• Clubhouse usage rules and request form.
• Hold Harmless release waiver.
