Life in Scenic Oaks

Scenic Oaks is a deed-restricted residential community managed entirely by resident volunteers. The Scenic Oaks Property Owners Association (SOPOA) upholds community standards through enforced bylaws and restrictions, ensuring a harmonious living environment. Residents have agreed to these standards upon purchasing property, fostering a community built on mutual respect and responsibility.

Gate Access & Visitor Entry

Scenic Oaks maintains strict entry protocols to ensure resident safety:

Entry Point Verification

All vehicles without an entry decal must stop at the Entry Station. Entry staff verify identity and purpose of visit.

Surveillance Monitoring

The entrance is under 24/7 video surveillance. Activity at the gate is recorded for community safety.

Resident Authorization

Visitors must be pre-authorized by a resident. If not authorized, access may be denied and recorded as a security alert.

Decal & Hang Tag Use

Residents and frequent guests should use Entry decals (for vehicles) and Hang tags (for temporary or guest access). These streamline the entry process and reduce delays.

Enforcement of Rules

Unauthorized entry attempts may be considered criminal trespass. Residents are responsible for informing guests of access rules.
