The Oaks Water Supply Corporation is a resident-owned, non-profit utility serving the Scenic Oaks and Country Estates communities. Committed to delivering high-quality water, TOWSC ensures that its water supply meets or surpasses all state regulatory standards.
Governance
TOWSC is overseen by a five-member Board of Directors, all of whom are residents of Scenic Oaks or Country Estates. These directors are elected by fellow residents, fostering community involvement and representation.
