
SOPOA Clubhouse Usage Guidelines
The SOPOA Clubhouse serves as a venue for Scenic Oaks residents to host celebrations, neighborhood meetings, and various functions. To ensure the facility remains a valuable community asset, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Reservation and Usage

Celebrations
Only current members of the Scenic Oaks Property Owners Association (SOPOA) in good standing may reserve the Clubhouse. The reserving member must be present throughout the event.

Neighborhood Meetings
Only current members of the Scenic Oaks Property Owners Association (SOPOA) in good standing may reserve the Clubhouse. The reserving member must be present throughout the event.

Functions
Only current members of the Scenic Oaks Property Owners Association (SOPOA) in good standing may reserve the Clubhouse. The reserving member must be present throughout the event.
Available Amenities
The Clubhouse is equipped with:
- Three (3) eight-foot tables
- One (1) six-foot table
- One (1) five-foot table
- Eighty-one (81) folding chairs
- Twenty (20) stacking chairs

To reserve the Clubhouse, submit the following:

Fees and Deposits
To reserve the Clubhouse, submit the following:

Small Groups (25 people or fewer)

Large Groups (26 or more people) or Events with Alcohol
Note: Events where alcohol is present, regardless of group size, require the large group fee and deposit.

Cleaning and Maintenance
To ensure the return of your deposit, please:To ensure the return of your deposit, please:Mop floors if food or drinks are served or if stains/footprints are visible. Wipe down sinks, countertops, and water fountains with disinfectant wipes. Clean and disinfect all commodes and urinals. Cleaning supplies are available at the Clubhouse. A detailed cleaning checklist will be provided on the day of use.


Additional Guidelines
- Do not attach, glue, or staple any items to the walls or ceiling.
- All attendees, especially children, must remain within the Clubhouse or on the patio.
- The Clubhouse may not be used for profit-generating activities.
- The reserving member must sign a Release, Hold Harmless, and Indemnification Agreement, disclosing the type of activity to be held.
