Cost of Garage Sale is divided amongst all homes participating / any unused
funds will be refunded
Garage Sale is advertised in local papers and the general public is invited into subdivision
just for the day of the sale, as permitted in our bylaws.
Please keep in mind with the high volume of shoppers there will be a lot of traffic. If you do not want a
vehicle to park in your bar ditch, please block it so no one will park there. If you are not participating,
please keep your garage door closed that day. The Scenic Oaks Property Owners Association is not
responsible for any injuries or damage on or to your property.

THEREFORE, we need RESIDENTS to participate by volunteering
(1) hour to checking in/out cars at gate
IF WE DO NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT FRONT GATE COVERAGE
GARGAE SALE WILL BE CANCELLED

a special marker so you can place at your mailbox to identify your participating home
Copy of Shopper Handout (includes 5 large items listed by Participants)
Schedule of Participants duties signed up for to include hourly shifts at the Entry gate
